IR Peer Advisors - Noah Cortez, Brooke Beyer, Daria Lenz, and Nicole Pofcher -

Meet the IR Peer Advisors—(clockwise from upper left) Noah Cortez, Brooke Beyer, Nicole Pofcher, and Daria Lenz—who are eager to tell you why they love studying IR at Stanford:

Noah Cortez: “I’m studying IR because of how interdisciplinary it is - my IR major can look completely different than someone else’s IR major, but we’re both applying the same concepts learned in different specializations!”

Brooke Beyer: “I love how interdisciplinary IR is at Stanford, allowing students to explore history, culture, politics, and law through the major.”

Nicole Pofcher: “I love studying IR because it allows me to explore a breadth of different topics in small classes filled with engaging discussions among peers and professors.”

Daria Lenz: “I chose to major in International Relations because it offers a variety of specializations that I am passionate about and the faculty/community is so welcoming!”
