Rachel George

Rachel George is a Lecturer for the Program in International Relations at Stanford University, where she teaches on foreign policy, technology, and development. She leads the IR student Research Paper Capstone course and also teaches courses on international law and diplomacy. Rachel is currently a Nonresident Scholar with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. She previously worked at ODI and Duke University and served previously as Director for Education Content at the Council on Foreign Relations. She holds a BA in Politics and French from Princeton University, an MA in Middle East Studies from Harvard University, and PhD in International Relations from the London School of Economics & Political Science.
