Mr. Cohen-Tanugi will present his new book, "What's Wrong With France?" (Grasset 2015), in which he focuses on how and why globalization has shaken the core of what historically constituted France's identity and excellence: its efficient state, the quality of its political class and civil service, its elitist meritocratic system, its intellectual leadership, its "social model", its political culture, and its positioning and influence in Europe and the world.
